Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) is an approach to rehabilitation based on developmental movement principles. DNS training stimulates the movement control centers in the brain and activates the body's innate stabilizing system. This allows for improved body awareness, better joint positioning allowing for better muscle function, improved breathing pattern, and ideal core activation.
